AutoSimply has released a NEW, cost effective bar code solution that works with the Operations Suite of Sage 300 (IC, OE, PO), Orchid Bin Tracking and/or their AutoSimply Manufacturing Orders and Shop Floor Control modules. These solutions run on any Windows CE 6.0 scanning device or as a windows application on a tablet or laptop computer.

Bar Code Operation supports PO Receipts/Returns, IC Transfers, IC Physical Count, IC Internal Usage, OE Shipment/Returns as well as Inquiries across all 3 modules. Lot and Serialized Inventory along with Orchid's Bin Tracking module are also supported.

Bar Code Manufacturing supports MF Issuances, Receipts, Returns as well as Backflush and Kanban MO's. Shop Floor Control handles Setup, Rework, Runtime, Downtime, Cleanup and Stoppage at Work Stations.

It only takes 1 Lanpak to connect multiple Bar Code users to Sage 300 via a Wifi Internet connection running a web service (IIS) linked to the Sage 300 application server.

Because AutoSimply's bar code solutions are windows services, you can use low cost keyboard scanners all the way up to full featured hand-helds like the MC3100 from Motorola.
